Our company began in 1950 with a small dairy for the production of hard cheese and butter.
Over the years thanks to the determination of Gino and Eugenio Dalla Bona, the volumes increased and the activity was transferred to new facilities, which would allow higher production volumes and larger spaces used as warehouses.
Form the first years of activity, our family has always stood up for a careful and rigorous pursuit of quality, in order to achieve a full and durable satisfaction of our customers. We select every day the best milk and raw materials.
The traditional production of Grana Padano cheese (dairy number B628) has been joined over the years, by the maturing and trading of Parmigiano Reggiano coming from the best production companies in the provinces of Parma, Modena and Reggio Emilia.
Since 2010 a new dairy plan is operating, in which we happily combine advanced technological control systems and a handicraft production expertly performed by our cheese makers. Our company is both modern and functional and, at the same time respectful of the oldest tradition.
Another dairy plant adjacent to the one of Grana Padano hosts the production of Gran Vita, an Italian Hard cheese, created by Eugenio Dalla Bona in response to market needs that asked for a softer and less seasoned cheese. This product is the result of passion and knowledge accumulated over the years by Mr. Eugenio.
